About Alpha Garlic Farms
Alpha Garlic Farm began in 1995 with Stan Erkson's vision of supplying superior garlic and vegetables. The farm grew as Stan's family expanded to include his wife, Adeline, children Dawn, Carl, Brad, and Neal, and their families.
In 2019, Neal and his family took over the farm to allow Stan to retire. Stan continued to assist and advise, even at 89 years old! We lost Stan in 2022 and Adeline in 2023, but continue to keep the high-quality garlic going.
Neal, April, and their children, Vanessa and Colin, are proud to be able to produce outstanding garlic for you. For the next few years we are limited in how much we can produce, but plan to expand production for the 2027 harvest.

Garlic comes into the barn on a drying table before being cleaned and put in the wind tunnel to dry
